Key areas of Responsibilities
Accounts Payable, Financial Statement , Reconciliation -In regional level
Responsibilities
Responsible for Company and its subsidiaries capital expenditure and reconciliations
To analyse financial statements on a monthly basis and to report on variances
To help facilitate and complete monthly closing of main entity and subsidiaries
Prepare and review purchase orders and enter invoices into system
Analyze invoice and expense reports and recording entries
Oversee accounting ledgers and verify its transaction
Updating and analysis of the monthly expenditure schedules to identify accrual and prepayments to be included in the monthly management accounts.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in MNC settings
Proficient in SAP, Concur
Good MS Excel skills
