Job description
Human Resource
- Support on recruitment process including sourcing, screening and selecting
- Conduct orientation for newly joined employees
- Perform HR administration tasks including payroll calculation, distributing checks and maintaining records
- Participate in HR attachment programs
General Administration
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Provide clerical and secretarial support
- Data entry for billing purposes and filing
- Provide support for company projects
Purchasing
- Respond to inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations
- Perform purchasing duties when necessary
- Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology and specifications
- Oversee office store, ensure on time delivery
Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service while handling queries and request from both customer and operation
Others
- Other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirement
- Minimum 'O' Level is required for this position
- At least 1 year of working experience in administration
- Previous experience in HR or administration is preferred
