KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process hire purchase loan applications, and assess eligibility
Attend to loan enquiries and provide/advise on appropriate loan solutions and alternatives in a timely manner
Conduct credit search on customers and collect all necessary information and documents from them.
Submit information and documents to banks/financial institutions for loan approval
Liaise with internal and external parties for processing of hire purchase loans
Plan and perform administrative / documentation procedures throughout entire process till disbursement of the loan
Assist with other administrative functions to ensure loan processing and administrative processes are running efficiently
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate should:
Possess minimum GCE ‘O' levels or equivalent
Be proficient in Microsoft Office with good Excel knowledge, and be sensitive with numbers
Possess good initiative, strong administrative capabilities, and interpersonal skills
