Key Responsibilities:
▪ Check adequacy of application documents submitted for listing of fire rated doors/ door closers
▪ Perform data-entry and assist in data compilation
▪ Perform any other ad hoc general duties as assigned
Key Requirements:
▪ GCE ‘O’ level or Higher NITEC qualification, preferably with past administrative working
experience
▪ Proficient in MS office applications
▪ Possess good knowledge in MS Excel (VLOOKUP & Pivot Table) and MS Access
▪ Results and service-oriented individual with strong initiative and good communication skills
▪ Proactive team player with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines
▪ Meticulous, efficient, enthusiastic and resourceful with a "can-do" attitude
