Job duties:

• Represent customers as main contact for any technical issue
• Proposing Service Solutions & chiller maintenance contract to building contractors
• Developing new solutions and identify opportunities from clients
• Ensuing long term relationship and penetrate fully from any sales opportunity
• Solving customer complaints after checking and provide brilliant solutions
• Managing client accounts and provide good after-sales service

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or relevant
• 0 to 3 years experiences in account managing and after sales service in heating, ventilating, air-conditioning (HVAC) industry
• 3Knowledge in HVAC system, Chiller Plant, Airside, Energy Services and Building Services is a preference

Office located at Boon Lay
5 days' work week, office hours
Transport allowance provided if owning transport
