- Communicate directly with clients to enhance their end user's experience using innovative AI Talkbot technologies
- Design and implement AI Talkbot conversation on assigned platform.
- Customize the talkbot responses, manage and validate the corpus, configure the rules and logic, test and verify the final experience.
- Complete requirement analysis, manage efficient project timeline, and handle client's expectation
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/Computer Engineering/Computer Science or related fields.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant working experience in software testing, IT system deployment and knowledge in NLP/NLU, flow chart, state transition diagram.
- Prior experience working in Conversation Design or UX Design will be highly advantageous.
- Prior experience working in start-ups will be highly advantageous.
- Able to translate technical terminology and concepts to terms that can be understood by technical and non-technical management and staff.
- Able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and possess a keen learning attitude.
