Job Duties:
Utilizing CAD software such as AutoCAD & Revit to create 2D drawings such as equipment layouts and sectional drawings and 3D models of buildings which include architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical aspects for preparation of system design for bid submissions
Creating technical write-up for bid submissions
Coordinate with Project Development team to generate tender specifications and drawings for tender issuance to contractors and vendors
Coordinate with Procurement team to issue tender documents to contractors and vendors and evaluate tender submissions
Reviewing existing plants operations and provide improvement suggestions with a data driven approach
Coordinate with government agencies and Institute of higher learning on co-development matters on new technology development
Provide feasibility studies and commercial proposals in collaboration with business and project development teams
Provide the development and deployment of innovative technology and energy efficiency solutions
Provide technical review of the retrofitting or greenfield projects proposed by the business development team
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
Possess SCEM certificate is a preference
4 to 6 years' experience in air-conditioning or related industries
Understanding renewable technologies such as combined heat and power, geothermal energy and solar energy
Proficient in using CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit for BIM
