Job Scope:

• Responsible for fixing prioritised Incident Reports (IR) assigned by Team Lead
• Analyse and ensure IR assigned are valid defects
• Discuss IR fixes with team members from different teams to assess impact of any changes
• Coordinate any cross-team effort required for any integration defects
• Ensure delivery of IR in timeframe given
• Provide production support to modules or processes to ensure day to day activities have minimum down time

Job Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintaining a system with the relevant skill sets required
• Familiar with Batch & online application design concepts & should have experience in handing large volume of data.
• Experience in Core Processing, Microsoft .NET version 4.5 and above, C# and VB.net programming, BizTalk, TIBCO, Message Broker, IBM DB2 Mainframe, Microsoft SQL Server, FairIsaac Blaze Advisor, Dollar Universe, Java Programming, Adobe, Ascential Datastage, COGNOS
• Familiar with Workflow and Imaging (WI): FileNet, Microsoft SQL Server, EFlow, Centera
