Job Description

• To perform Invoice Verification (IV) of the suppliers invoices against materials/ service purchased/ performed to facilitate the payment process
  • Ensure that all invoices are recorded to facilitate month end closing
  • Ensure that the invoice matched with materials/ service purchased/ performed prior to recording the invoice
  • Follow up with users on invoice with no GR/SES performed
  • Follow up with users/ suppliers on GR/ SES with no invoice
• To perform the creation of purchase order and its related matter such as new supplier/ item code creation

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma with at least 3 years working experience in Accounts Payable
• Experience in using SAP software
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good customer relationship and etiquette
• Able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Meticulous with numbers and details
• Possess problem solving skills
• Well versed with EXCEL and SAP

Additional Information

• Location: Tanjong Kling Road, transport provided at subsidized rate
• Working Days and Hours: 8am to 5.33pm pm Monday to Friday
• Working Date: Immediate
• Salary: Up to S$3.5K per month
• Contract Duration: 3+3 months, potential on renewal and convertible
