Job Scope:

• Collect data from the Regions & Countries to meet the requirement of monthly internal reporting and developing Financial Plan and other forecasts
• Key reporting metrics includes Headcount, Capital Expenditure & Placements, Balance Sheet metrics and SG&A analysis
• Prepare journal entries and assist in month end close as needed to ensure proper accounting at the functional and departmental level.
• Prepare and distribute financial reports and packages by gathering and analyzing information related to current performance.
• Assist with any ad hoc analytics supporting monthly close, forecasts, LBE's and other reporting required

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Analytics
• Prior experience not required, up to 2 years relevant experience in MNC environment is good to have
• Good in PC and analytical skills. Can use the major office-based software programs, e.g. Excel, word processing, presentation programs, Power BI etc.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Good in analytical and data gathering skills
• Postive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good business acumen

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to S$5K per month + 1-month completion bonus
• Contract duration: 6 to 12-month contract, convertible
• Commencement Date: January 2023
• Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Location: Bugis, DUO Tower
