- Support the sales team through, trainings, collateral development, joint customer visits and regular communication.
- Work with sales team and channel partners to ensure that optimum systems solutions are provided to new and existing customers.
- Develop processes and systems to provide quick yet thorough response to customer Requests For Proposal.
- Develop and apply methods, theories and research techniques to provide solutions to technical problems
- Interact with the scientific community and market via key applications, publications, conference presentations, and patents.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for NPI/Star Products.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- BSc in a related scientific discipline, MBA or PhD is preferable
- Possesses experience in life sciences industry (Imaging experience essential), mix of technical field experience and customer facing roles
- Has basic business acumen with hands on experience with in vivo imaging of animal models/high content imaging (preferably).
- Detail oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Enthusiasm, drive, initiative and a can-do attitude is a prerequisite
