Job scopes
- Translate functional design into technical specifications, utilizing CloudSense out-of-the-box features.
- Perform code build ?and deployment of the completed codes into the development and testing environment?.
- Support SIT, UAT and BRT testing & to perform bug fix.
- Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.
- Assist in the resolution of post-implementation issues and ongoing system enhancements.
- Collaborate with other developers and administrators to deliver high-quality solutions in a timely manner.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Around 2+ years of CloudSense B2B CPQ platform and Order Management development experience?
- Functional knowledge about Telco Order Management Systems capabilities and CPQ (configure price quote) capabilities.?
- Knowledge about Telco fixed line connectivity products (e.g. Ethernet, VPN, Optical Fibre connectivity etc.)?
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- ?Knowledge about Telco Enterprise B2B ordering and fulfilment journeys?
