Job Responsibilities

• Operate laboratory equipments and perform calibration based on SOP
• Perform SPC and quality control
• Follow laboratory procedures
• Follow cleanroom protocol
• Meet laboratory output with good quality
• Provide buddy-training to new hires
• Maintain good housekeeping
• Participate in special projects
• Make decision to stop laboratory equipment if process is not stable and safety is compromised
• Ability to work with the Engineer or above or Equipment group to improve equipment uptime & quality
• Perform continuous improvements in cost, quality and laboratory productivity
• Make sure on time measurement or calibration

Job Requirement

• Diploma in Chemical Process (Industrial Chemistry option) for Laboratories, or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Preferably with 2 years working experience in laboratory or engineering in semiconductor industry
• Reasonably proficient with Microsoft Office (Words, Excel)
• Able to support overtime or shiftwork as assigned

Working Hours

• 8.00am to 8.00pm (12 hours shift)
• 15 working days in a month
