Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, build, and configuration of custom applications to meet project requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for application-related queries, guiding technical direction and decisions.
• Configure applications and ensure alignment with solution architecture and project objectives.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve issues, and drive continuous improvements.
• Participate in problem-solving discussions and provide sound technical resolutions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to ensure robust and future-proof solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of experience in functional and custom application builds, with excellent technical knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with solutioning for complex, large-scale projects.
• Background in consulting or project-based environments would be good to have.
• Proficiency in Design & Build Enablement, Configuration & Release Management, Solution Architecture, and Responsive/Adaptive Design.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
