Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for the service delivery of application system landscape, making sure that problems reported are resolved within SLA , maintaining high service availability.
- Leading a team of engineers to monitor and rectify issues, and do the KPI tracking / reporting.
- Maintain excellent relationship with the client key stakeholders and users as well as the contractors / vendors engaged in the project.
- Continuously identify areas of improvements to maintain quality service to client.
- Manage and coordinate client requests where required.
Job requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology or any related discipline
- At least 5 years of related experience
Top 3 MUST have skills:
1. Stakeholder management (Client, Vendor)
2. Service Management Experience (across AO)
3. Basic technical skills (e.g. Java, ITA)
Good to have skills:
1. involvement in at least 2 application system implementation and support projects
2. Experience in public safety would be a bonus
3. Technical programming skills
