Job scope

• Perform investigation into reported issues and code fix
• Interface with client/ users to address tickets raised
• Work with lead team in address pipeline of tickets and Service request.
• Deploy the new applications into test environments and assure high quality software deliveries.
• Be part of a team and contribute to team success.
• Drive excellence in software design & analysis, development methodologies, requirements analysis and effort estimations

Job requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Java Technology
• Familiar and hands on experience in Application remediation, Technology troubleshooting
• Good to have Oracle SQL Developer experience
• Experience in Engineering Technical Support
