Job Scope:
Application support through the following activities:
1. Perform investigation into reported issues
2. Perform code fix
3. Perform testing
4. Interface with client / users to address tickets raised
5. Work with and/or lead team in addressing pipeline of tickets and service request.
Job Qualifications:
1. Degree in Information Technology of equivalent
2. 4-5 years of experience working on development/deployment/support of JAVA programming language and related technologies
3. Experience in application remediation and technology troubleshooting/technical support
4. Exposure in Oracle/SQL is a advantageous
