Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring, scheduling, application health assessments and incident management
• proactive maintenance of one or more production applications or products
• Provide users with assistance in problem determination and resolution; escalate problems as specified by the SLA
• Initiates continuous improvement activities (e.g., DASD reductions, improved job flow, automated notifications)
• Responds to client inquiries

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or similar disciplines.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Working experience in programming skills in languages such as Python, Javascript, Perl, UNIX script, SQL etc.
• Familiar with web applications technologies (HTML, CSS, Angular, React).
• Able to develop in both Unix and Windows environments
