Job Scope:

• Responsible for Account Receivable (AR) Management for customers in Japan. Role will need to reach out to Japanese-speaking customers via phone, email and other communication channels
• Credit Assessment for new and existing customers
• AR follow up with customers on the payment overdue
• Assist in channel customer invoice disputes or payment applications for internal team for follow up
• Handle other AR-related queries

Requirements:

• Proficiency (written and spoken) in Japanese (Min JLPT N2) as this role needs to cover the Japan market and liaise with external stakeholders.
• Ability to interact with customers via email to achieve work responsibility
• Ability to use system for transaction and Excel
• Problem solver
• Able to work independently and as a team member.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Must be meticulous and have good organization skills.

Additional Information:

• Salary - Up to S$4.5K per month
• Commencement Date: Immediate
• Contract duration: 12-month contract
• Working days and hours: Mon to Fri 8.00am to 5.45pm
• Location: Kaki Bukit, Techlink
