Job Scope:

  • Develop a comprehensive digital demand generation strategy in line with marketing priorities, program objective and buyer's journey, on digital channels selected and across all target personas
  • Establish digital campaign KPIs in line with the overall program objectives and goals
  • Optimise and implement best practices across all digital marketing programs including database acquisition, content syndication, display, social, webinars and virtual events and ABM with a focus on driving new customer acquisition, engagement, and sales conversion.
  • Collaborate with global digital team, APJ program team and ASEAN field marketing to meet business growth target
  • Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for paid media:
    • Develop regional campaign strategy (audience/keyword targeting, budget, and goal setting) and customer journey in step with other marketing channels
    • Partner with brand, creative, and global digital marketing and agency team members to create and deliver relevant digital assets
  • Report on ASEAN performance and optimizing to meet goals and maximize spend
  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of email.
  • Work with global web team to drive inbound leads through ASEAN website.
  • Establish, build and manage a localized ASEAN email calendar
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of ASEAN email newsletters to clients, prospects and other audiences
  • Leverage customer and prospect data to develop segmentation strategies; develop CRM programs based on identified segments
  • Develop A/B testing plan to ensure that we are constantly testing and optimizing
  • Own reporting and analytics to inform ongoing email strategy


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field, with at least 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing
  • Comprehensive understanding of content and digital marketing across multiple mediums; proven track record of building digital marketing foundations and processes
  • Act as strategic partner and internal digital marketing subject matter expert
  • Ability to work both autonomously as well as collaboratively when required. Manage external agencies, and work across multiple teams within and outside of the organisation
  • Hands on experience managing the webinar & virtual event platform is a must - eg. ON24
  • Experience with marketing automation tools - eg. Marketo, digital marketing reporting tool eg. Google Analytics
  • Deep understanding & experience with various ad platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, AdWords, WeChat, Weibo, Programmatic and Outbrain
  • Excellent analytical, organisation and time management skills
  • Digital marketing agency background is a plus but not mandatory
  • Comfortable with the fast-paced team environment
