Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise the maintenance team in executing plant maintenance activities
• Ensure the maintenance activities in compliance with company's regulatory and safety standards
• Provide support to the Power Plant to meet contractual, technical, and commercial set-up/operation
• Monitor all preventive and corrective maintenance that carry out for plant equipment and utilities
• Carry out frontline troubleshooting for equipment defects and failure to ensure operation smoothness
• Guide and advice maintenance staffs and contractor to execute maintenance works
• Manpower planning and allocation
• Ensure all safety precautions are being adhere
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of working experience with equipment related to craft
• Knowledge in crafts, such as Transformers, and electric motors
• Hands-on knowledge in carry out equipment maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, routine inspection, and maintenance
• Vibration monitoring, alignment of rotating equipment, and maintain maintenance record in CMMS

• Salary up to $5800 (depends on experience)
