• Customer relationship management and ensure it leads to constructive and profitable business partnership.
• Communicate and improve KPI; support continuous improvement and best practice share acitvitities.
• Setup and optimize cross functional operational processes.
• Meeting the Global Service QEHS strategy and targets.
• Deploy zero incidents safety culture while promoting and ensuring completion of safety trainings and programs.
• Implement and create continuous improvement of Services Integrated Management System in collaboration with country QEHS coordinators.
• Deliver internal projects and customer projects on time and within budget by managing resources.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in service/manufacturing environment
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Working knowledge of lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen and Visual Management.
