Responsibilities
- To maintain, grow and generate sales for Food Service department on assigned segments and channels as well as assigned customers and protect the interest of the company in terms of margins and reputation
- Achieve sales budgets for segment assigned through sales presentations, special price proposals, tender submission etc
- Grow sales and penetration plans for housebrands/branded agencies/commodities
- Daily sales operations such as liaison with customers on orders, timely payments etc
- Execute trade promotion activities
- Execute promotional activities with customers, such as menu sponsorship, product trainings and other trade activities
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of Food Service HORECA key account sales management experience
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to garner support from key account to achieve business targets
- Good analytical skills to identify sales gaps/opportunities
