Job Responsibilities:


  • To assist the (Senior) Manager and General Manager of the Building Construction.

  • To review near-miss cases and accident reports (both safety and quality-related) submitted by group subsidiaries and prepare them until they are ready to be published in the accident report portal.

  • To check and monitor data from visual project tracking systems (such as HoloBuilder and Openspace), identify issues or problems in terms of safety and quality, provide comments, and communicate with staff to resolve them.

  • To check quality assurance and quality control data on the portal and notify relevant staff if the data or check sheet is improper.

  • To assist the (Senior) Manager and General Manager of the Building Construction in attending various meetings to review, advise, and suggest alternative ideas regarding design and construction planning across countries, focusing on design, methods, schedules, quality assurance, and safety matters.

  • To assist the (Senior) Manager and General Manager of the Building Construction with support for projects, including tender projects, in terms of design, construction planning, and site activities, by directly communicating with staff.

  • To assist the (Senior) Manager and General Manager of the Building Construction in supporting the education of local construction staff by conducting or arranging online seminars, working group meetings, etc.

  • To travel internationally when required to support tender and project work in relation to the above responsibilities.

  • To contribute to the review and innovation of corporate policies and procedures, based on a sound understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures across group subsidiaries.

  • To liaise and communicate with project teams to ensure all HSE responsibilities are properly undertaken.

  • To participate in industry forums, training sessions, and workshops to stay current with legislation, codes, and contractual trends.

  • To coordinate and execute matters related to safety training at project sites, including initial coordination for training schedules, planning business trips, and conducting training sessions abroad.


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

  • At least 10 years of experience in building construction, including project coordination, with a demonstrated history of successful project delivery.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Power Apps, and Power BI.

  • Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.

  • Committed to high ethical standards and professional integrity.

  • Deep understanding of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and current trends.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to plan and think long-term.
