Job Responsibilities:

• You will be supporting the Regional Marketing Head and will be responsible for marketing and operations for the Singapore Market
• Create strategies and marketing plans covering online and offline activations and follow through with excellent execution to meet the business objectives, including merchant acquisition expansion, GMV growth, active user base growth etc.
• Leverage market and user insights and data analytics to adapt, plan, execute and track effectiveness of global and regional marketing campaigns.
• Lead the account management process including co-creating and executing joint business plans, conducting periodic account review and follow up with action plans etc
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, payment innovations, and regulatory changes in global markets.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience in marketing execution roles, with a background in the payment industry and familiarity with SEA markets.
• Proven track record in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns in the digital and traditional space.
• Solid understanding of mobile wallets, payment solutions, and the fintech landscape. In-depth knowledge of the payment industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behaviors.
• Project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make data-backed recommendations
