Job Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing planning, delivery, and supply-related matters
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction
• Provide regular and ad-hoc updates on production schedules, delivery timelines, and order statuses
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and assist in root cause analysis for any missed targets
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and supply chain efficiency
• Monitor production schedules to ensure alignment with customer delivery requirements

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Good analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Independent, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Immediate or short-notice availability
• Knowledge of SAP or MRP systems
• Commitment to RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) standards
