Job Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the responsible product range, including launching products tailored for the local market.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for local products, ensuring successful product introduction and market penetration.
  • Serve as a technical expert, providing detailed product information and training to the sales team and customers.
  • Collaborate with internal team and suppliers to develop new products and improve existing range.
  • Conduct thorough market research to gather customer feedback and insights, informing product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analze market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical) or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience within the Automotive Aftermarket industry.
  • Posess knowledge of emerging technologies in the automotive aftermarket industry.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
