Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive customer engagement and card spend.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely and successful campaign rollouts.
  • Analyse campaign performance to identify areas for improving marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Conduct data analysis to monitor product performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Perform competitor analysis and market research to support strategic positioning.
  • Ensure accuracy of information published on product marketing pages through regular checks.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks including customer queries, UAT testing support, requisition and invoicing processes, and inventory management for card materials.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in product management, marketing, or related roles in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving business objectives.
  • Familiarity with financial products, particularly credit cards, would be good to have.
