Job Responsibilities:
- Support Shop Manager in daily business needs and operation
- Ensure new shop's operation smoothness
- Assist Shop Manager in recruiting and train new staffs
- Plan staff's schedule, manpower planning
- Responsible for new sales and promotion development
- Maintain good rapport with customers to ensure business continuity
- Resolve any customer's issue or complaint arise in a proper manner
- Ensure shop's cleanliness are well maintained
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar role
- Experience in pre-opening team or setting up new outlets
- Independent, excellent communication skills, resilient
- Possess good leadership skills, able to work under pressure
