Job Description

  • Business Management: Oversee legal compliance, daily operations, risk management, and financial oversight across the organization.
  • Policy and Process Review: Review and approve company policies to ensure compliance and effectiveness, recommending improvements to the Managing Director.
  • Innovation and Change: Drive change, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives to support company growth and competitiveness.
  • Performance Monitoring: Implement and monitor yield management across divisions, ensuring adherence to company standards for proposals and budgeting.
  • Leadership and Communication: Communicate the company's strategic direction to stakeholders and conduct quarterly reviews to track departmental progress toward targets.
  • Sales Strategy Collaboration: Work with the Business Development team to create effective sales strategies that align with company objectives and foster relationships with stakeholders.



Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Proven leadership experience in a small or medium-sized enterprise (SME) or start-up.
  • Ability to influence and support the Managing Director in decision-making.
  • Comfortable in communication with our subsidiary in China.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, Good communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with working location at Western of Singapore (Penjuru Tech Hub, Jurong Aera).
