- Oversee the Service Department: Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters from calls/ emails/ visits, resource scheduling also stable stock and equipment to be used effectively.
- Assist General Manager in the development of the Preventative Maintenance business, a specific growth target area of the business
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Responsible for providing informed and accurate technical advice to potential customers regarding servicing the Company's products as requested by clients.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills in Microsoft word, excel, and Suite.
