Responsibilities
- Serve as Audit Director, ensuring all audit engagements comply with Singapore Standards on Auditing (SSAs) and other applicable professional standards.
- To develop and maintain long-term client relationships, while proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through existing and emerging professional networks.
- Able to oversee a portfolio of local and international audit engagements, taking full responsibility for managing deliverables and ensuring the preparation of high-quality audit files.
- Serve as the primary contact for regulatory engagements, including communication with ACRA and other relevant authorities.
- Partner with group leadership on the recruitment, development, and coaching of the audit team to build a high-performing, technically skilled team.
- Manage the professional growth and daily operations of audit
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in audit and assurance.
- Proven expertise in Asset Management, Investment Funds, Securitisation, and Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).
- Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).
- Good track record of delivering statutory audits in a public accounting firm
