Role Overview
To provides customer service on multiple products and or propositions that span across various customer segments (i.e. Personal Banking, Advance, Premier, etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership by following up and providing timely updates to customers regarding their applications
  • Enhance customers experience and strive to deepen customer relationships with the Company by anticipating customers' needs and demonstrate genuine care
  • Serve as the Bank's brand ambassador by demonstrating professionalism, knowledge on our process, and optimize every opportunity to exceed customer expectations with each interaction
  • Ensure required documentation (including basic Know Your Customer) and administrative work relating to each customer's application is completed in an accurate and prompt manner
  • Be responsible for achieving individual and team performance while maintaining appropriate operational risk control and compliance in all activities


Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Banking/Finance or Business Administration or any relevant field
  • At least 1-2 years related work experiences in customer front facing experience with ability to speak to customer on the phone or face to face
  • Prior experience in customer contact center is good to have
  • Familiar with banking products or has experience working in Banking or similar industry
