Job Responsibilities:
- Provide professional beauty advise that suits client's need, and preference
- Educate customer on product knowledge and their function
- Perform mini demos related to hands or facial
- Understand customer's need and find them the most suitable products
- Achieve monthly sales target given by management
- Visual merchandising, stock replenishment to maintain in store stock level
- Submit weekly report regarding to the feedbacks
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Job Requirements:
- A professional education certificate in any field
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same role
- Customer service oriented, sales-driven
- Passionate in beauty and personal care industry
Other Information:
- Location: Island-wide
- Retail working hours: 44 hours per week
- Salary: $2200 + Allowance + Incentives + Commission
