Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, maintain and improve software for blockchain projects
- Lead and oversee at all levels of stack; Design, develop, test and deliver development projects.
- Building a team of developers by hiring talents; Oversee, engage and manage the team
- Participate in the strategic business and product planning process
- Coordinate with Headquarters team
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Technology, Software Engineering, Math, or any related field
- At least 7 years of software engineering/development experience
- At least 1 year of experience in developing blockchains, especially for EVM
- Understanding of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology (DeFi, chains, etc) is a must
- Experience growing teams to meet strategic goals
- Excellent communication skills
