Job Responsibilities:

• Takes ownership and accountability for store productivity and sales plans forecast
• Creates a high energy, sales and service focused environment
• Identifies underperforming store staff and takes focused action to manage development or counseling
• Coach and mentor sales staff to meet and exceed performance standards
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained across the store
• Assume the responsibilities of the Store-in-charge in the absence of the Store Manager
• Meet all KPI set (individual & store) and deliver end-to-end customer experience

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of retail working experience in fashion brand with at least 1-2 year of supervisory experience in oversee store operation
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Customer service oriented & sales driven
• Candidate who able start works immediately will be highly advantageous
