Responsibilities:

• Creates positive customers' experiences and drives sales for our brands
• Responds to customers promptly with accurate and prompt information.
• Coordinates Experience Center events towards a smooth execution to achieve the set sales and marketing objectives. This includes providing pre and post-events operational support via all touch points.
• Supports in conceptualizing event details towards effective execution.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder with min 1 year experience in service / customer facing roles.
• Passionate and high level of customer-centricity.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Highly motivated & self-driven, able to work effectively in a team
