Job Responsibilities:

• Come out with brand strategy, and translate brand elements into go-to market strategies
• Develop and execute all public relations communication and media actions to both internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure brand governance are being adhered
• Identify fashion trends, data, competitor's media performance, and marketing trends
• Optimize range planning to meet customer and business demands
• Drive creation of playbooks, guides, and content development on platforms for internal and external stakeholders
• Interpret data from different sources and offer effective solutions
• Manage budget given by the management
• Plan team development, including hiring and training of staffs
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, and any other relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same role
• Confident, excellent communication skills, good leadership skills
• Meticulous, analytical personality
• Passionate in fashion, arts, and design
• Candidate with knowledge in social media marketing, and CRM are encouraged to apply
