Job Description
- Identify partnership opportunities and develop extensive brand partnership strategy
- Enhance portfolio by cultivating client relationships with potential brand partners to drive business growth
- Adopt varied business development activities to drive prospective brand partners
- Collaborate with the creative and account management teams to develop customized partnership proposals and presentations to identified brand
- Negotiate partnership agreements, including terms, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring mutual benefit for all parties involved.
- Manage the implementation and execution of brand partnerships, overseeing all aspects of the collaboration from ideation to delivery.
- Track and analyze the performance of brand partnerships, providing regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years in business development, brand partnerships or strategic marketing
- Prior experience in the fashion, lifestyle and consumer goods industry
- Possess comprehensive network
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
