Job duties:

• Coordinate with all related stakeholders to ensure activities & project progress to be completed in timely manner
• Managing construction schedule by software such as Primavera and Microsoft office
• Controlling resources, cost loadings, and baseline schedule
• Preparing forecast and & rolling program
• Scheduling revision and update and liaising with project team and advising various issues
• Ensuring maximum productive outputs by resource planning and levelling
• Ability to fulfil baseline or latest approved schedule by preparing catch-up program
• Proficient in linking all sub-con performance, clients objective, various schedule to actual site works to ensure up to date project progress

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in any construction related role
• 3 to 5 years planner experience from construction and building projects
• Willing to station on construction site
