Job Scope:

• Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
• Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
• Research, gather and synthesize information.
• Understand end-to-end system implementation including analyse, design, testing and deployment of application.
• Explain and guide developers during sprints to clarify scope and intent of user stories.
• Lead or support system integration test case creation.
• To work with quality assurance (QA) engineers in validating that story are implemented as intended.
• Ensure that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone in the squad.
• Lead scope discussions and effectively manage and control change.
• Dependency management within squad and across agile teams.
• Help squad understand the need for clear and concise product backlog items.
• Guide squad to develop a high quality product.

Job Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent
• Knowledgeable in Agile Delivery Methodology
• Has excellent client-facing communication skills
• Has functional expertise to pick up and understand domain related knowledge swiftly in order to work with other business analysts, Scrum Master and product owner to drive pragmatic delivery decisions, control scope, prioritise work
• Experience in business requirements analysis, business process design and functional design
