Job Scope:

• Coordinate with client on gathering requirements
• Analyse the requirement and provide solution
• Coordinate with client on agreeing on design and get the sign-offs
• Coordinate with development team on implementing the requirements as per the agreed solution
• Coordinate with the client on end-to-end testing
• Prepare test cases and test scenarios
• Investigate with Incidents and resolve them within SLAs
• Design mock-up screens, which are required to be provided to client for sign-off
• Update the design documents or functional designs for all CRs and Incidents

Job Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• 3-4 years of experience in application development either as a developer and/or business analyst
• Familiar with software development life cycle including requirements analysis, business process design, end-to-end testing
• Have good background or experience in programming language e.g. Java, Java Script, HTML
• Experience in client coordination, tracking the progress of CRs delivery and/or incidents resolution, and debugging applications
