• Apply knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and limitations to guide implementations of the System
• Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements.
• Manage and implement Salesforce updates and changes.
• Analyse business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Job requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• With at least three (3) years' experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects
• Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master or equivalent
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and have passed/obtained the following Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Exam (CRT101)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with mapping business processes and information flows and capturing them in designs, cases, and user stories.
