Responsibilities:
- Understand stress testing business requirements thoroughly and translate them into clear user stories, technical specifications, test cases, and expected results.
- Collaborate during the solutioning process to ensure that implemented solutions and designs are suitable for long-term use and scalable.
- Work closely with technology teams in an Agile framework to communicate requirements, track backlog, and ensure the successful delivery of user stories.
- Conduct initial user testing and diligently track all identified issues. Collaborate with technology teams to drive issue resolution within sprint timelines.
- Actively manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and associated timelines. Work closely with end users to explain results and facilitate issue resolution for UAT sign-off and subsequent go-live deployment.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of all project steps and testing results. Provide timely updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in and support upcoming stress testing exercises within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a Business, Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on regulatory stress testing
- Good analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of stress testing exercises, including ICAAP (Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process) and IWST (Industry Wise Stress Test), would be good to have.
