Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly Agents' commission statements
- Prepare and monitor Customer Ageing report and Customers' Statement of Accounts
- Customer rebate calculation and approvals, control customers target
- Liaise with inter-departments to prepare reports for monthly business review
- Track and monitor monthly sales and expense trend
- Coordinate accounting activities and support monthly, and yearly closing
- Check and filing of company's internal control and compliance documents
- Supporting and implementing defined business strategy
- Support the maintenance of new customers, vendors and products into the ERP system
- Provide support for any new projects to be undertaken by management for strategic growth of the company
- Support the update the monthly invoice approval summary
- Assist in administering contracts signing and filing
Qualifications and Experience:
- Singapore citizen
- Diploma holder
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to acquire extensive product knowledge
- Good learning attitude with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
