Job Responsibilities

• Manage the logistic sales and business development portfolio in Air, Ocean, Local Transportation and Warehousing fields.
• Build a high-performing Business Development team that can deliver both short-term and long-term result in Southeast Asia and Australia.
• Establish national supply chain strategy to ensure that the organization grows quickly to become a top tier logistics company in Southeast Asia and Australia.
• Lead a team of freight sales and cooperate with procurement experts in Southeast Asia and Australia to drive the team to perform and deliver results.
• Work with carriers for Air & Ocean freight to secure competitive price and stable space.
• Achieve sales target (Air & Ocean).

Job Requirements

• Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain or related fields.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant working experience in Global Logistics.
• In-depth experience in overall logistic business (Air, Ocean, Local Transportation, Warehousing).
• Possess excellent knowledge and network in Local transport / Air-industry / Ocean-industry network within Southeast Asia and Australia.
• Comfortable in regional travelling for business purposes when necessary.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
