Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to develop new products for the company
- Keep an eye on industry's latest market trend
- Come out with new products and design based on data insights obtained from the market
- Product life-cycle management
- Ensure the products adhere to the regulations
- Main in-charge for product training material's preparation, conduct product training to relevant stakeholders
- Oversees all existing channel's sales and acquire new channel to increase market shares
- Consistently achieve sales target given by the management
- Maintain good rapport with existing clients to achieve business continuity
- Other ad-hoc task assigned by the management
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or any other relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same role from retail industry
- Proven track record in new product development and business development
- Independent, a team player, result-oriented
- Good leadership and management skills, excellent communicator
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
