Role Summary
The incumbent will be responsible for developing new businesses as well as retaining and developing business with existing customers. The incumbent shall build excellent client relationships and drive sales results.

Job Description

  • Analyse existing and potential markets to identify and secure business development opportunities. Apply his knowledge, skills and experience to evaluate the current performance of the business and find ways to help the business reach its full potential.
  • Develop sales channel partnerships with Southeast Asia and local partners.
  • Prepare and develop technical presentations to showcase the company's products and services to customers.
  • Develop commercial strategy for the assigned customers and/or regions and contribute to the development of the strategy, to be in line with industry requirements and business objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts with customers, ensure involvement of relevant internal parties and follow through the quotation and sales order processes to closure.
  • Develop, manage and ensure the realization and approval of a year plan for the assigned commercial responsibility and direct the activities within the assigned unit or commercial process.
  • Manage timely execution of commercial activities such as forecasting, PO intake on time, configuration management, deliveries through final payment issues management.

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience within the Semiconductor industry.
  • Prior experience in SEM/FIB/X-ray products will be advantageous.
  • Have a positive attitude and ensure high customer satisfaction and establish good rapport with them.
  • Comfortable in travelling regionally for work purposes.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
