Job Responsibilities:

• New dealers on-boarding
• Consistently achieve both company and individual sales target
• Cross selling different loan services and products to customer
• Review existing dealer's support level on frequent basis
• Responsible to revive existing clientele
• Maintain good rapport with dealers and bankers
• Keeping dealers aware on company's product and services changes
• Prepare weekly market intelligence decks for discussion and review
• Resolve any issues, requests, and feedback from dealers to achieve customer satisfaction
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in any field
• Sales-oriented, excellent communication skills, independent
• PC literate, ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Candidate with prior experience in business development function are encouraged to apply

• Salary starting from $3000 + Transport allowance + Commission
