Job Responsibilities:
- Consistently achieve or exceed revenue target and KPIs given by the management
- Establish and execute sales plan for the assigned territory
- Work with sales executives to co-sell on strategic accounts to maximize sales closures
- Train and guide sales executives on sales pitching, calls, and others
- Come out with monthly or quarterly sales forecast with proper strategy and execution plans
- Liaise with different functional partners on go-to-market optimization to exceed sales plans
- Ensure sales execution and operation processes smoothness
- Hire, onboard, develop, and retain team members
- Be a role model and team player, build a healthy team culture
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development managerial role
- Minimum a Degree in any field
- Prior experience in B2B sales environment with proven track records
- Candidate with knowledge in Hospitality industry are encouraged to apply
- Good leadership skills, positive, and ability to influence others
- Sales-oriented, target driven
